Our Processing Standards

• Triple Press Technology: We use a strict multi-stage hot press manufacturing cycle to completely eliminate internal hollow spaces or core gaps.

• Moisture-Balanced Kiln Drying: Every raw veneer strip is processed through automated thermal dryers to lock in ideal moisture levels, preventing warping or twisting over time.

• Eco-Friendly Emissions: Our manufacturing systems minimize formaldehyde emissions, ensuring that our finished boards are safe for interior residential and office spaces.
